Terms of Service

1. Scope of Services

BlueWebShield provides managed SOC, incident response, and security validation. The specific scope of work (SOW) for each engagement must be agreed upon in writing before any technical actions are taken.

2. Rules of Engagement

All offensive security testing (Penetration Testing) is performed only on assets owned or legally authorized by the client. Any attempt to use our platform for unauthorized activities will result in immediate termination of service.

3. Confidentiality

We maintain strict non-disclosure agreements regarding any vulnerabilities or sensitive data discovered during our operations. Reports are shared only with the client's designated security officers.

4. Liability

Cybersecurity is a process of risk reduction. While we provide elite defense, BlueWebShield cannot be held liable for breaches resulting from zero-day exploits or misconfigurations outside our control.
